Not sure if this has been posted can’t find it. Just got my new motor hit 7 hours and the motor shut down only to an idle and keeps tripping the relay and shuts off tach and fuel pump. With no load it will rev all the way with it in the water it shuts down over 2000 rpm. Fuel is flowing good, fuses are good, oil is good. Tried talking to Gator Tail and they said it wasn’t their problem... call vanguard. No efi dealers near me in California. Completely ground my prop down to nothing because the motor would only idle to get back to the ramp. Also Gatortail said not their problem. Has anyone got a clue what’s going on. |

Call Texas Mud Motors or Bayou Surface Drive for advice. Pretty sure they're both on facebook. They should be able to point you to someone that can help with the warranty stuff or possibly troubleshoot since gatortail didn't. #CFFITR #mudmotor>physics |

You should be good under warranty I had a ECU issue with mine just under 50 hrs warranty covered it, just gotta find a place that'll look at it. Technically any certified "Briggs dealer" supposed to take it in but not always the case. Some of them lawnmower shops see a big prop sticking out the back and freak out
