 ProDrive w PD EFI won’t idle

Post ProDrive w PD EFI won’t idle
Modded motor w PD EFI suddenly idles very low and cuts off when put into gear. Barely stays running at idle in neutral. Runs fine on the throttle. Please help me trouble shoot. Thx.
