this is going to be stupid to you pros, but I recently bought a 2010 to 2012 mud buddy. When I got it the kill switch was unhooked at the handle. after putting on the multimeter and finding which places to stick all TWO wires, I get nothing.
i traced the wires as far back as I can go and I have power.

i have a diagram of how the wiring should go. I just do not know what the heck I am missing. This is soooo simple that I am frustrated.

I am super excited about the boat and want to get it back in the water, it was a gift from my husband.
