 9hp vanguard RPM

Post 9hp vanguard RPM
What would a safe RPM to turn it up too. I turned it from 3500 to 3800 under load an picked up 2 mph, I'm up to 14mph with light load. 1442 v-hull.

just got done asking the same question. was told they are governed to be around 3400-3800.
