Leak Down Test Update
I had a leak down test done on the motor and I was 6% on cylinder 1 and 8% on cylinder 2. I also ran another compression test after it was warm and it did a little better. I had 156 and 152 I think all in all everything is good. It seems like my motor might just be one that deosnt have really high compression. Also do you guys notice with the carb and exhaust and heads done that it runs really rich on the idle I smell a little gas on my air filter and once in a while it backfires when I start it back up its like it loads up on the end. Thanks again for all the help with the motor It ran great again today.

Re: Leak Down Test Update
You can adjust the idle air mix and idle jet on the mikuni
You have a tuning manual?

Re: Leak Down Test Update
I adjusted the float tab a little and that seemed to help I might go to the local harley shop and get a couple different size pilot jets and maybe a one size leaner needle jet. I fim correct its only the straight protion of the needle that changes rich or lean as far as from 0-1/2 throttle I dont want it any leaner on the top end just on the low end
