 performance cam
I was looking on the SETX performance web site an im thinking about getting a performance cam they have. What other mods do you have to have to be able to run the cam? Can i run it with a stock carb?

 Re: performance cam
Should be able to but cams kinda work hand in hand with heads, intake and exhaust.. All allow you to pump more air.. Doing just one and none of the others is like whipping before you poop.. Don't make much sense..

 Re: performance cam
if you don't know how a damned cam works, you probably don't need one in your motor.

 Re: performance cam
Cam is the heart of the motor. It controls, when a valve opens, how high it pushes the valve open, and how long to keep the valve open. This alone without the proper flow will not be a good combination as others stated!
