Man thats not good, any wire but that one would had been better.... Naw hell I dont know, but you can get schematic's on the www. or a phone number...

I have a 23hp gtr and there is a white wire running to the motor that is broken. The motor is still running, but I am having performance issues. Idk if it has anything to do with the wire or not. Anyone know what this wire is? It comes out of the motor with a few other wires, just to the right of the tiller handle. It is broken about 6'' after it comes out of the motor, and then there is another section of it clipped to some other wires that go to the battery, so i'm assuming that it goes to the battery also? Not to be a smartass, but why not just splice it back together and be done with it? Seems like if it's on there, then it probly has a purpose, even if that's not why it's runnin bad. |

I doubt that is the reason you are not getting the performance you should out of that motor. But you could just connect it if its bothering you. |
