I was running my home lake (which I thought I knew very well) and the water is down about 2' or so. I had ran a long way to the north to check out a few fishing spots. Time flew by and it was starting to get dark so I started heading for the ramp. The north end of this lake is covered in lilly pads. I was running through them and noticed a spot up ahead that didnt quiet look right. Well I found out real quick why it didnt look right.

lol advantages of a longtaill.. even if you do dry dock it, you damn sure aint gonna be that far from water

One of my buddies flew out of the truck and my other buddy stayed in. Both have some broken ribs and bruised up pretty bad, but as for the boat I think that would qualify for stuck of the month lol.

X2....this is a little more serious than whether or not they got out of it. Lucky no one got dead. If it were my buddy I'd wait till he healed up then go beat his ass for being stupid. And the truck, trailer, and boat are probably gonna need a little work, so really they didn't get "out of it" like a speeding ticket or something.

I found out yesterday it wasent cause he was drunk, he only had few beers during the day, but he was sober. A shock had been broke on his truck and when he went through the curve the back of the truck started bouncing and made the rear end loose traction and then hit the ditch so it wasent his fault.

They ended up doing blood work cause the cops found him at the hosiptal and he was good.

Judging by the cans strewn about, I think there was probably more red bull in his blood stream than anything.

Thats a need when you run a valve shop lol. He had so much shit in back of that truck.

This was a shitty stuck... crappy picture, but I was running the Knik river and trying to shoot a channel. I obviously missed... I HATE getting stuck in sand/silt. You know your not in boat territory when a 4 wheeler pulls you out lol

Forgot to take a pic but just imagine a 1648 dry docked on a sand bar in the middle of the river. Luckily I keep a light boat and we had it off in a matter of minutes but it sure made for some good laughs!!
