1851 EXCEL F4 - "The 11th Day of Xmas"- Done
Went to the factory and picked up the new boat. Trying a flat front this time. Nice fit and finish and sweet Diamond City trailer. LED spots are cool (and BRIGHT). Triple Taper chine- gotta look hard to distinguish from round: CDI Motor: I added the interior LED option- courtesy lights operate bright LEDs in all the boxes, under the gunnels and front deck. Old boat was jealous: Weather has been nice in Dallas for painting: Did get some shark eye lights in: Will post that template review shortly.

Looks good Gary, I want to hear how the CDI performs. BTW if you need to put that thing in a safe, dry place during the next snow storm I will offer up my garage for you.

Thats a very nice lookin rig man, congrats. It must be nice to have two mud boats at your disposal. Is your other boat the boat with a review on the camo stencil job from indianasportsman? If so, you did an amazing camo job on that boat!

Re: 1851 EXCEL F4 - "The 11th Day of Xmas"- Done
Thanks for the compliments guys- I am once again a retired boat painter. quack-addict wrote: Mind telling me about what that new boat and trailer set you back? It cost me a trip to Mountain View, AR to pick it up. In the MB 12 days of Xmas contest this December- I was the winner for the 11th day and was drawn for the grand prize: boat/motor/trailer. Hence the moniker:

Holy crap deadbird, thats freakin awesome! I'm pretty new to MMT and was unaware of this contest. Awesome though. Hell of a job on the paint.
So is your old rig for sale, already sold or what? How much $$?
