OK lets hear it ---- What size tank are yall running? Im thinking about going with a 18 gallon aluminum tank built in the center and use part of it as a step as well. |

I have a 12 gal tank in da back of da cc boat. With a 36, I have never come close to running out of gas on a weekend. Why would you want to carry more gas weight than that? |

Brad, I had a 18 in my boat, (carb, head work, and exhaust) I would burn about 3 gallons an hour. It sucked the fuel. Though, I understand that the stock engines arent even half that bad. So, 18 should be good. HOTDOG... Brads is built for comfort.. Not speed.. ![]() |

My tank is about 18g and is a step up in my boat. Uncle J built it to fit perfectly in the boat. |

Got a 10 gallon tank in the front of mine and thats enough for me. I can run 30 minutes to my camp loaded, frog most of the night and run home on about 7 gallons. Thats with 4 people and pulling a mudboat for an hour. A big tank is good to have though. If ya dont want the extra weight then dont fill it up. But ya got the room for it if ya need it. |

Get the 18. I have a 12gl and have taken an extra 5gl can on a few trips. Better to have more than not enough. And on shorter trips just put in what you need. The weight of the bigger tank is next to nothing. |

I have a 2010 36hp with a 15 gallon tank in the boat. I have burnt it out a couple of times with 45 minute trip to the camp, 6 to 7 hours frogging and run back to the dock. I wish I 18 to 20 gallons. I always carry my 2 1/2 gallon spare. Go with the 18 at least. |
