Anyone ever seen one of these run and how they perform?

We see them all the time at the mud runs!! They run ok but will not out perform a SD!!! The ones i seen had their out drive on a winch and when they get in veg.. it kicks them out the water!! I dont know about the small ones but the big ones are high maintenance

Like delta said high maintenance, and the whole u joint idea ain't worth a fork

Like others have said they are high maintenance. A CV joint seems to wok better. For the price some are asking just for the outdrive/trans, you could buy a SD

can somebody please post a pic of one cause i surely havent seen or even heard of one. the only other thing close to this is some videos on youtube of some guys with harley engines on the go-devils.......

i think its the in board/out board type outdrives? ive seen them on the vids but dont know who makes them.

That clutch is perfect for the smaller air cooled motors. I always had velvet drives but with 4 cylinder motors. A couple family members ran hurst with Briggs with no problems what so ever. The bad is u always have a wrench n ur hand. I would go mudboat if ur contemplating an inboard.
