express with prodrive
any one run an express duck boat with a prodrive. my buddy has the boat and we are thinking of putting a 36hp prodrive on it. What kind of performance do you think we woould get out of it.

What size boat is it? if it is 14 or 15 foot and the motor has no mods, you will be dissapointed on top end, and load carrying...but you will like not having to worry about your water pump and lower unit when things go bump in the night.

1654 just sick of fixing the outboard all the time from hitting stuff. talked to one guy and he said he has the same set up but he put a diffrent carb and exhaust and is getting like 45 hp out of it.

Got the 1650 xpress duck boat with a 35 GDSD and over all it performs well with 2 people 'bout 25.4 mph gps. 3 people 23 in deep water. Not a good mm hull.
