 Ideal Transom Height for MB 4500

Post Ideal Transom Height for MB 4500
Just bought a short transom Mud Buddy 4500 Black Death. Curious as to what the ideal transom height in inches would be for this motor? I know what Mud Buddy's website says just looking for other opinions. Thanks guys!

16" tall 17 degree lay back


That's copied and pasted directly from an email from Clint mud buddy. I just built a boat for a guy with that exact motor and wasn't sure myself so I contacted them and that's what they told me.
