Is it possible to apply this with the boat on the trailer?

Bro above is right. You have to flip the boat. Also, make sure you use 4 coats of gator base first and then 4 coats of gator glide. 8 is what they say is optimal. The gatorbase takes 72 hours to cure properly so it's a little irritating having your boat out for that long, but it makes your gatorglide last a lot longer bud

not true, you do not have to flip the boat, It is nice if you can but about half the guys who apply GG do it on the trailer or suspended.
