Gator Glide Application
I used the search but can't seem to find anything. Has anyone put on gatorglide without taking the motor off the boat or using a lift?
The only thing I can think of is parking it under a tree and winching the front end up by a branch, applying as much as possible, then letting the front down and pushing the back end off the trailer and applying the back couple feet that way. I'm not so sure this is a good idea though.

Keep searching. It's been talked about extensively, to include some good pictures of some makeshift frames to support the boat and barrels to provide safety. Also some have done it with the trailer between them and the boat instead of barrels.

Re: Gator Glide Application
Lowe's or home Depot has the metal frames that you can build like a swing set of wood. Ratchet strap the boat to the frames and pull the trailer from under it.
But yes, many, including I have done it with the motor still on.

Re: Gator Glide Application
Awesome thanks didn't think about building a frame. What do you use as lift points? Boat Handles?

Re: Gator Glide Application
I used the grab bars and pull handles. No issue.
