When your hydraulic fluid gets cold it becomes thicker making it pump slower. Just da nature of da beast.

The trim on mine has been acting up lately it trims slow and then acts right, back and forth. Then finally I noticed all of the bolts had backed out of the electric motor that powers the system. I am assuming that the shaft is getting in a bind causing the porblem, or hoping thats the problem anyway. That might be something to check.
