 Gas Line Question
Alright, so to put the gas tank up front I bought 20' of 1/4" gas line from a Briggs dealer. I attached some grey plastic (PVC I think) conduit (painted the outside green) to the underside of the gunwale using plastic conduit clamps. I ran the gas line in grey plastic conduit from the motor to the tank to keep it supported and off the floor. The gas line fit loosely inside the conduit. I did this two or three weeks ago. Just today I noticed that the gas line that is normally inside the conduit is tacky on the outside. The gas line that isn't normally in the conduit is NOT tacky and seems fine. I looked and couldn't find a leak anywhere in the gas line. Is the gas line eating away at the PVC or vice versa? Any ideas? The writing on the outside of the gas line isn't smudged or anything. For the guys that have tanks up front how'd you run the gas line?

 Re: Gas Line Question
Aluminum pipe is wat I have. Get someone to weld a few clips under there and tie-wrap it to the clips.
