 MB HDLite 35 - Rock guard

Post MB HDLite 35 - Rock guard
1- My bolts keep breaking when hitting rocks hard. Any advice on stronger steel bolts?

2- Does the river plate make the motor harder to steer??

drill the holes out and use bigger bolts. i think this has been the fix in the past. also you can add another to help out. grade 8's would help also.
