ok seeking some input from all you pro's
I have a 1644 gatortrax guide edition with a 27 hd mini, I am about due for a new prop and am seeking feedback on whether I should stay with 11x10 or go with maybe a bigger prop. I am in northeast tx and conditions I run in are varied....some mud (when the corps draws the water down), vegetation, stumps and open water. I have searched and read through 8 or 9 pages worth of posts on the bigger prop trying to find others that might have tried it on the 27 mini. I saw a few comments about might be ok on a lighter boat and load, saw a person had put on a 23 but had removed cav plate and also think he maybe did some mods, also saw comments about re-gearing. any and all useful information is appreciated!!!

Same motor I started out with few yrs ago. Not enough clearance for a big blade.
