 Surface Drive
I have a 23hp surface drive, what size should my prop be for me to replace it. Also is a three blade prop or a two blade prop better

If you have even 1/4" of wear, it'll show in the performance. As for when to replace it, that's up to you.

The prop new says it is 11 inches is it exactly 11 inches. Mine is 10 and 7/8. I bought the boat second hand and not sure.

What motor? Yep, 11 inch, if you have the cash try a MB Big Blade. I have run one on my 23 with some mods. Did real well, better on step and hole shot. RPMs only dropped slightly off of the 4200 I was running.
