I know for load carrying it's no doubt 3 blade. In Setx Mud 3 blade done just as good as 2 blade. I haven't run grass yet but as for me yes I'm sold on 3 blade so far

I been holding out keep hearing goods and bads. I mainly run shallow sandy bottom and lots of stumps hardly any mud.

U will probably like it. You can run it higher than 2 blade. That'll help out with the sand.

My stage 1 likes a 3 blade

That's my plan, got carb, cam, rods and pistons setting in boxes right now, I want to do heads to but only got 10hrs , but I think with some good mods this 3 blade will be awesome. Even with my stock motor it steps a 4 man bow fishing load. Just only gets about 20mph like that , but dam , that's allot of shit

I mailed my 3 blade back. My stage 1 gtr hated it. Only turning 3900-4000 rpm and slower than a stock 85hr prop that's worn down to 11-1/4 in. The reverse power was awesome... But everything else I was disappointed

From all the reading that I've done about the 3 blade, it sounds like it just depends on the hull and motor combo. I was an easy 1.5 mph faster with the 3 blade over the 2 blade on that havoc this weekend. that was at the same rpms too.

I've got a short transom gatortrax and it was horrible for some reason. It added enough tiller torque to push you out of the boat. I hope that doesn't happen to a person buying a new motor and taking it out for the first time

Have had the weight like I've always had it. Tried moving it around and still nothing. But oh well I'll just stick with the two. I just don't understand how I couldn't get any more than 4000 out of stage 1

I like a 2 blade much better on my stage 2. It drives like an outboard with a 2 blade, 3 blade has some torque.

Any idea how this prop would work on my new stage 2 23hp? I know the boat runs 26-27 with or without a load. Any other prop recommendations fer this motor?

I guess I'm just used to hearing 4300-4400 with my two blade. So when I'm at 3900 with the 3,Feels like it's just boggin . she doesn't wake up until 4200 or so. PERSONALY, I just hate to spend all that mod money to feel like my motor isn't opening on up. That, and the tiller torque. Not a fan. But it sounds like it works good for alot of boats. But mine.. No
