2013 Copperhead 18 hp had new tail section built, but lost the bolts for it and the back flange/bearing. Does anyone know what size and type bolts this takes? Can't find anything using search option. Thanks.

Well ok then. I now know about the patent deal (don't get on the internet much). If the damn bolt sizes are top secret too, then I guess I got shafted. I've had nothing but problems so far out of this rig and was hoping a bolt wouldn't keep me from getting back on the water (stripped inserts on belt housing). Waited too long to get housing fab, while monster bream were on the bed and couldn't get to them. 2013 model with low hours probably getting sold soon.

If i knew i would tell you. Not a ton of folks running those on here. Have you called copperhead?

Should've been more careful. Here is a radical technique you can try- go get a handful of bolts from the hardware store, all different sizes. You want the bolt size to be very close in size to the hole. Try screwing each one in to see what fits. Or just call copperhead.

If Copperhead won't help you with something as simple as a bolt size - that might be a pretty good hint to think about. I'd be willing to bet they'd tell you though.

I've never had to ask someone for a bolt size when I have the object in front of me. Bigbend nailed it.

Well if it was in front of me at the time I wouldn't have asked the question smartass. I was trying to save a trip running back to town. Guess I forgot to check with you first. Roll Damn Tide, by the way. Thanks for the serious responses.
