So what prop should I consider to run on a stage 1 40? It's on a 17x50 predator. I'm looking for a little more speed. 31sown river 28ish up river with moderate load. That with either 2 blade or 3 blade. 4650 rpm with 2 blade ca57 10p 4600ish Rpm 3 blade Ca49 11p. That's with the pin in the 3rd hole from the top. 3 blade has some hours on it. 2 blade is new but it looks like I could pull more cup?? |

You can swing them now. They're a lot of metal. Harder on bearings. You can get load carrying and speed with a big blade or stock gtr 2 blade. No need for the extra metal unless you run alot of mud and want the extra wear. #CFFITR #GhostBoat #Whoneedsphysicsihaveamudmotor |

Thanks Russ. I dont need the extra wear for sure. Just looking to get in the 30s. Change of topic, Is the OTC leak down tester is worth a crap? |
