When is it time to change the prop on a GT? Mine measures just under 11 3/4 Here are some pics of the 2 props I have the one on the left is definitely ready to change the one on the right is the one I am running now. One prop have a small crack and the other a perfect hole you can see in the pics is this normal?? |

I had a hole like that in one of my props too, just like that.. I run them till I can barley get on step! I ran my first prop down to about 10"  ,on my boat with a slightly worn prop I dont notice as much of a speed loss as I find I lose performance in the mud.

You actually pick up a little performance wit a slightly worn prop. |
