Count me in. I'm always up for a ride in the pearl. I may be out there hunting with a few others that would join in. I was out there yesterday for a while. Had some people in from Colorado that wanted to see the marsh and the swamp so we covered from the east pearl to the west and a good ways up the west and back to middle river. It was a good ride

Are the water levels still low? I know they are having flood warnings upstream.

Here's the forecast at Pearl River, LA. That's the main river before it really starts dispersing through the bottoms/marsh. But, I think the area below 90 disperses that higher water pretty quick. Maybe we will get a report from anybody that went out there, today?

The water level down there is all depending on the tide. The pearl river has no influence on it

Tide should be low in the morning. It was rising this afternoon. Should start falling around 10:30 tonight. Probably start rising again bout the time we meet. We head south, we should find mud.

I'm not gonna be able to make it in the morning. Spent all day out there today chasing hogs so I have some honey do's for tomorrow and taking the kids to the parade. Hopefully there's some mud and post some pics so I can see what I missed

I said is be home around lunch today and didn't make it home till after 5. You don't really learn an area following anyway, that marsh isn't that big just take off and see where you come out. Lol. You will hit a main waterway eventually

Yeah...I've got the north figured out pretty good....but, the "good" mud will be south.
