On certain days, the water has been low with lots of mud.

Lol....so a 1000 people are gonna be out there Thursday before the season, acting like idiots, to camp out till opening morning, and then another 1000 idiots will show up between midnight and shooting time opening morning to fight with all the camper guys already there for a handful of decent spots....but somehow riding/scouting 2 weeks before the season is off limits?
