I'd throw my lower unit together and ride down but as luck would have it I'm on call and can't really get that far from the house. I'll get down your way for a ride one of these damn days!!! |

Man I'll try make it but waiting on a carb boot! We got way back up a small feeder creek at Wallisville Sunday and had a low hanging tree knock the carb off and tear the boot about in half. After about an hour I got it going again best I could. Shop rag tied around the torn boot and the linkage somewhat bent back into the right shape. Long ride back at half throttle! I've rode the creek like that before and its sweet! Long drive for evening ride now though living in Magnolia! |
