If the weather holds out for next weekend (6/27) im going to try and get something together out here. If the water is is still as high as its been (and im sure it will be) there has been some fun rideing out here. Water was extremely high last week and it looked to be about a foot higher today when i went over the bridge. Planning on rideing out of Hugo then the water is plenty high enough to cross over to Trinity with out pullin the boat out and in about half the time it would take to go around to locks

You need "Tree Shaka" on the side then. I laugh every time I pass it.

What time ya thinking? Is the landing under the 10 bridge?

When ever on either day. Probably going around noon tomorrow and whatever works for Thursday or Friday dont matter to me. The picture tperkind posted is the i10 bridge, if you have a big lifted up truck you can probably launch there but i will be launching at Hugo point lol. Can ride around over there for a bit then theres a field we can cross to get into Trinity.

Sounds good. I don't know that area much at all the most I've done is drive through on 10.

I could make it to the landing 430 or 5 whichever day is best for the others.

From what I'm seeing, looks like it's crested and should be falling starting tomorrow. Not sure how fast that will happen but it could interrupt the plan of crossing to the trinity. Though it may take a few days for it to effect us this far down.

It was high! Ran it yesterday until my marsh mellow decided to almost fall off near Sulfur Cut. I'm glad I was able to find one last metal tie strap to get back to the launch.

JD unfortunately you are correct. I haven't touched the new hull except to park it in the hard next to the old one. Never enough hours in the day.....

How was the ride? Did yall get rained out at the end? I was doing some other work in the area today and we got shut down by rain about 4pm.
