Who else is running around up here I feel like I'm the only mud boat I ever see 99% of the time! I'm familiar with almost every lake around so if any one wants to get out and ride some time let me know, it'd be nice to know some other people with mud boats!

Yes, I see too many mudboats in NTexas though. Not sure what area you are talking about but if you do not see many mudboats during duck season you are nowhere around where I go.

I'm in Flower Mound. But you won't see me anywhere around the metroplex in most cases ha ha. I'm usually 2-3 hours north of here

Live on Lake Granbury and go up and down the Brazos when they're letting enough water out of PK. I also don't see a lot of Mud Motors out but I also just got my boat last Jan. Do all of my duck hunting at the ranch far from the metroplex. Public land isn't worth it to me.

Hey guys,

I just moved to the Dallas area, and I’m looking at getting a mud motor. Wanted to see if you guys were using long tails or surface drives. Plan on hunting and fishing the red river and checking out a lot of the lakes around DFW. From what I’ve gathered and seen, I could be in deep water at times to moving through flooded timber and shallow river.
