Me and 6 buddies go to Oklahoma every year to duck hunt and get into the geese. I was thinking about buying a deer tag, bringing the bow and climber. We hunt public land up there. We have made friends with farmers over the years. Just seeing if there's anyone up there that could point me in the direction of a decent buck. Will do. They changed the limit from three geese to eight this year should be pretty sick! |

Oklahoma trip was a blast. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get a big buck, but maybe next time. Cold weather, frozen ponds, lots of mallards, lots of geese. Our best hunt was was 32 mallards over a frozen pond, hand full of pentail to finish of our 6 man limit! Got into the geese every afternoon in the penut and corn fields! May plan another trip for late January if anyone is intersted. Just let me know. |
