1752 TMT/Stolen Phowler Design, MB 35 HSD
2009 TMT 1752 "Extreme V" 24"/Tall Transom Bottom Runners 35 MB Hyper- stock
Finally got to put a few more hours on my boat and the fishing sucked bad enough that I took a few pictures. 2 guys and gear, flowing river, deep water, 2500 ft elevation, high wind but not enough to put a chop on the water- average 21.9 MPH. We were faster a few weeks ago at higher elevation and three guys.
Just me with almost all the gear at the boat launch at the end of the day when the wind died down- steady 25MPH. Faster than initial runs where 24 was about the max. Motor settling in maybe or a little help from the breeze? I don't know but from what I've seen and heard the speed is pretty good for this elevation.
Overall I am quite happy with the rig, it is pretty heavy with the high gunwales but they're going to help out when it's blowing up a gale in Idaho/MT. I went out on a limb buying one of the bankruptcy boats and I think it was the right move. Yes- I know the paint job is ghey- I'm not the kind of guy who has to wear wetlands advantage underwear- I think it will hide well from the ducks and that's all that matters to me.
Check out the one off accessories like the gun box that ties in to the floor and the T rail and the oarlocks that were actually spud pole holders until I had a guy mill out some aluminum bar stock to fit the spud pole and the brass oar locks. Rows pretty awesome considering the size and weight.
My first mud rig.
Found some sweet new spots that we never could have gone before.

LOL- it's not pretty! I do have a friend in the paint sprayer business so maybe someday it will be a nice drab color.

Definitely sweet territory. The water looks clear as well. Congrats on the rig.

Did you say you was at 2500 ft elevation? Like above sea level? I just stepped out side and looked up. 2500 ft? You must have clouds at ground level.

Sometimes the altitude will sneak up on you. When you are in Butte, MT you are a mile high, but tall mountains surround you. My house is at 2300 feet and I am looking at mountains out the window. You feel like you're at low altitude when the terrain around you rises even higher.
