Re: Aucoin's SS Edition Bateau 1948
Never thought of getting a center console. Like my open floor and I would think it is easier to work the motor to get unstuck in sticky situations. Hadn't really done anything but add the seat bases in the floor. Got all the supplies to paint and hydroturf, but can't find the time now that bow season is upon us. Just ain't got that fire for the ducks any more.

Re: Aucoin's SS Edition Bateau 1948
I got the leafy look going on right now. Been sitting in the yard full of leaves. HAHAHAHAHA!
Getting fired up about the boat again. Still need to get some things welded in it before I paint it.
Oh yeah, and stage 1!!!!!!

Re: Aucoin's SS Edition Bateau 1948 (Updated)
Finally got her painted and hydroturfed. Added head work, still have stock carb, added marshmellow mufler and new prop. Deep water. Would occasionally bump 29 and a lil bit. Steady 27-28+ Strong low end. Load 2 people, 2 batteries, small ice chest, 10-12 gal gas, and miscellaneous gear.
