Picked up my new rig yesterday, just wanted to thank everyone that posts here, the info was very useful. Ran it this morning, here are the numbers.
1854 GTB w/hunt deck
GTR 35 stock
28.2 deep water @ 3750 rpms, one man (200#) no gear 12 gals fuel and calm water
Shallow water didn't check yet.

Had alot of tiller tourque so I had to come home and bend the skeg a little, once it stays steady will check speeds in shallow and trimmed up a little more.

Is it just me or do those rpms sound a tad low for a CDI motor?

the rpms go up to 3850 ish but when i trim it that high my handle is in my chest, came home and put a lil twwek on the skeg tab and will run again tom morning.

good speeds and nice looking rig bro. and yea i thnk you should be around the 3900ish range in rpms, at least when i was stock thats what mine turned up with a brand new prop.
