I have a 1644 go devil boat with a 23 mud buddy and already thinking about getting a different motor some time or another. What do y'all think I should put on that boat?

3 guys (200, 250, 325), 80 lb lab, full hunt load, 2" of water with bottomless mud below. Went from dead stop to running wide open, no problem. 1644 GD round chine with 35Mb Sport with carb & exhaust. The boat might have been designed for a 23 or, but it'll handle a 35 fine.
