Did it come with the 2 blade prop or did you just put it one there? I was wondering if it would be better than the 3 blade. Even tho the COCO GOD said no. Just curious. |

Blackdog that has the stage3 gdsd in the classifieds said the 2blade was faster for him |

Post subject: | Re: gdsd 35 |
On a light square chined hull like this fellow has - and my 16x48 GDSD - the 2 blade GD 12x12 is about 2 mph faster than the 3 blade - if the hull were bigger or heavier or if you had a load the GD 3 blade would be faster..... Blackdog's stage 3 is pushing a heavier hull so he chose the 12x13 to take advantage of the power the mods provided.... |

Some people like the two blade. I hated it. Three blade was much easier driving. No pull to either side. I'm running stage two mods though and hitting top at 34. Boats a lot heavir though and round chine. |

I'm gonna buy a 2blade and try it. I need one anyway. Do y'all use a 1 7/16 wrench on that back nut or just usr a cresent when changin the prop? |
