 18 54 skiff 36 pro-drive just got my boat back with the new motor. long story there
1979 ( hanko or sully i think) skiff 18x54 all 3/16 thick, open floor plan
2012 pro-drive 36 stock tall transom no reverse
400 lbs of people, 2 batteries, 5 gallons of fuel
deep water top speed of 26.5 mph @ 3900rpm
i haven't had a chance to run it in shallow water yet.
so far i love it.
a huge difference between the pd and the 20 gdlt i was running.

Re: 18 54 skiff 36 pro-drive not real sure why i didn't go with fpr, heck i am just happy i have neutral. i've been running longtails for 6 years or so. i may get the reverse added later.
