I'm showing my age for asking, but what ever happened to waymaker boats? Talking old hunting stories and grandfather had one but I haven't seen or heard of them in a very long while. |

damn!!! thats it. Man that brings back some memories. Wasn't its claim to fame the prop that could reverse pitch. |

Man, how the hell did you find that info. I have been looking for a while. The reason I was curious is did the design not work properly. Why hasn't gator tail or another take this a step further and with modern technology and use it in their systems. That's on thing they lack in comparison to prodrive is a thrust reverse. They come up with that, and the rest is history. |

Just bored and surfed around a little. My guess is that the prop is more complex and perhaps more prone to breakage, particularly in the swamp. go to Youtube and search for Waymaker boats. there seem to be a few videos of them in action. |
