The boat is from a local builder riverman boats the boat has a tru flat bottom.125 hull and round chines on the sides its 15 ft . The motor is an older mudbuddy hyper 23 hp but with hardly any hours on it .
I was amazed upgrading from a 1448 tracker mod v grizz hull and a longtail that would run 10 mph and never get on step to this boat that is alot heavier hull and i mean alot heavier and a ft longer getting 26 mph by myself 22-23 2 guys 500 lbs 18with 2 guys gear and a dog yet still getting on step .
The boat just handles amazing slides around corners and just across the water amazing .
I would like to thank all involved with your post and help in me getting the perfect set up and yeah all of the i told ya sooooos when you said you need a mud hull to make a mud motor perform at its peak thanks and my next step will be a 35hd and some pods .
If your going to build a set up alot of these guys know there stuff and yet can be harsh on a guy take there words for it they know there stuff .

Thanks again everyone

Looks good man. I would shy away from pods with a surface drive. They'll hinder performance.

Its just a stock motor but the guy that built the boat ,built it around this motor and the motor has the longer outdrive that seems to help alot with a few extra mph's i would like to try the big blade out on it next to see if it would benifit it at all .
