 New & Unique Marsh boat 19.9 X 74"
Got this unique skinny water rig built down in New Orleans by some friends of mine Mr. JD & Mr. David last November. Just got back from another deployment to Afghanistan, so I haven't posted it previously.
Got my GDSD 35 (stage one) pushing this 19.9 X 74" beam) low profile boat with a 3/16" bottom.
It runs about 23.7 mph, which is fast enough for running around oysterbeds and backcountry saltmarshes in S.C. and N.C. chasing redfish.

Is it 74" across the beam or bottom? Sure looks a lil narrow to be a 74" bottom. Not calling you a liar , just wondering

Looks like beam. And the boat looks good, hope you have lots of time to enjoy it. Thanks for your service, now get out of the sand box, and into the duck pond.

 Re: New & Unique Marsh boat 19.9 X 74"
That is Mr. David Terrebonne from Westwego, LA, one of the builders, and we ran five rather large fellows on its first run with my 35 GDSD and managed 22.3 mph running out on Lake Bourne back in November when I was down in LA for a.
That old Van is a 1991 VW Syncro (4X4) Vanagon and it certainly has seen its share of trips running around the country, but it's still running ok, although, I just use it for pulling my boat around the Coastal areas along North and South Carolina.
