Been hearing bad things on trying to get info threw Gator tail when you call them I only had a few most times never get a call back guessing they are getting to big???. Anybody input on this |

i called on thursday morning *yesterday* and ordered a few parts, had to call a couple of times cause phone was busy but when i got thru they took my order and my parts came in today on ups so they shipped out same day... didnt have any problems with the service like that tho i do know i bought a motor from them last year on tax free weekend which is just in a couple of weeks and they were slammed several weeks leading up to that weekend cause that is a huge tax saving on one of there setups. i guess you could say they were busier than a cat covering crap on a marble floor |

Don't know for sure but they sold dozens of motors and packages at the outdoor show a few weeks ago so maybe they're trying to catch up. I know they took care of me the same day I called about my carb problems just before the Henderson Mudrun. Bubba, Hoyt and Kyle spin their heads every second of the day helping customers while Linda at the front desk keeps everyone informed the best she can. I bring them cracklins and boudin ever time I go to sevice my engine and that helps a little, too. If you have a problem I would suggest you send a bag of Cracklins to Linda and let her ration it to whomever she thinks would serve you better....not kidding. It will be interesting to see how many bags of Cracklins she actually gets. I guess that will be a good gauge of how much work they have to do to catch up. |

This is no change. They have always been like this. If your looking for a company that calls you right back, or even calls you back , good luck. This is just my dealings with them and some others I've talked to. I have been told by some that they get called the same day, but it only happened with me before I bought the boat.
