When you guys talk about a "1854" boat , is the 54 width measured at the floor or at the top of the boat. What's the most hp you can get out of the biggest GT surface drive. With what mods. Just ordered a alumitech mud boat from Orlando Florida. Thanks. |

54" is measured at bottom . Floor should be 56" or so |

Depends who does it some call cams, heads,exhaust stage 1 others its Carb heads exhaust |
