How is the 1846? Does it have enough room in it? How does it run with the gtr35? And do they make that size in the extreme model? |

Couple guys run that rig and love them, Craig and Team Camo have that or something similar. Def a good combo. |

From past discussions, it's my understanding that you cannot get it in the extreme model. |

If carrying a 2 man hunting load is the norm for you with an occasional 3rd. guy, the 1846 is perfect. As stated above, the 46" width boats aren't available in the Extreme. Only 54" and above. As for speeds, mine runs 28.5 mph empty with 2 adults and a stock engine. With a stage 1 or 2 engine kit it'll run 31-32 with the same load, and 33-34 empty. |

I have 1746 with hunt deck for a demo boat and with 2 people (both 180), dog (75), 2 final approach x'Landr layouts, dozen tangle free fully flocked mallards, gas tank in front, battery in rear with stock 35 with only a couple hours on it and ran 27 mph in deep water |

Only thing I can add that ain't already been said is with 3 guys & hunt load, speeds of about 22-23 deep water & stock motor. |

Just thought of another thing. For just riding and fishing, I loved my 1754 Extreme for the stability and way it handled. For hunting, I love my 1846 because it hides so much easier. |

So pretty much get the 1754 extreme and call it quits. Best all around boat right? |

I'd go 1854 if you plan to hunt and fish. That extra foot makes a big difference in space, and it will perform about the same as the 1754. |

I like my boat with pointed bow, but i thing u actually loose s0me deck space, because its 18ft. from stern to point. |

U do lose deck space, that's the point I was making, I would still get a pointed bow again. |

I also have the 18x46 pointed bow & hunt deck, it is the best performing mud boat ive had. I dont think ill ever get a boat wider than 46 from now on & i hunt open water to small holes & it fits everything. The pointed bow is another thing i love, being that my last two other boats were flat front. My set-up: 18x46 pointed bow huntdeck 35gtr Setx heads minkuni carb mm exhaust I havent run it with gps but with a 2 guy Me 230 buddy 200, dog 4 dozen dekes two batteries 12 gallon of fuel, boat blind it flat out hauls A$$ it amazing. ive had 3 dozen dekes 4 guys & dog & it still planes out quick but crowded |

I've got a 1846 you don't need a extreme for a 46 you can make it cut by shifting weight mite take a little while to learn it but it will cut I like sliding when I'm out playing around |
