A buddy has a 16x42 skiff and he's thinking about putting a 35 gtr on it . Do Y'all think it will be too much ? If not how fast u think it will run? |

UnlesS he is buyin the 35 to put on another boat in the near future, he should get the 25. Guy on here has one on a 1642 that he is real happy with.. |

I think it's gonna be close. The 24 inch sides will help with this I think. I was planning in building a 17*42 with the 35 and had someone say it would hold it. If it don't float it high enough maybe he can add a hunt deck to it. That would help for sure. |

I have mine on a tall side and transom 1642 Jon boat. It works but am saving for a custom build |
