Just got done testing my rig. The swamp I hunt is nasty so there is no way to get top speed gps. This motor is a beast tho. I had to use the winch a few times making new trails. It was me-250,dad-250 and chainsaw. I almost got thrown out a few times because I had the throttle adjusted so it stayed on when I took my hand off. Being the polack that I am I was about to go over so I caught myself by putting my hand on the motor. Unfortunately it was the muffler. No more fingerprints for me. The adjustment screw for the trim on the motor is awesome. It kept it right where it needed to be. I was plowing threw thick cattails just trenching a channel threw the roots. Started cramping up in the forearm so we called it quits. The problem I am having is that I can't get comfortable because I am always trying to change angles and positions. When I did get to a good clip at 3/4 throttle in a somewhat open area I felt really uneasy with no grab bar. Going out again tomorrow for some more stick time. |

^^ this.. And with the grab bar you can hold on and lean the boat itself into turns.. Making it where you really don't have to turn the motor at all |
