I got to take the new boat out today and I'm impressed with how well it performed. I didn't get a chance to open it up an any shallow water but i did out in the main canal and with the load mentioned above I could hold 24 mph all day with a max of 26.

This being my first mud rig I'm still trying to figure out how to get the most out of it. If I have it wide open and trimmed all the way up trying to run as fast as i can it will start to bounce on me but if i trim down just a little it goes away. I'm sure once i get the trolling motor and another battery up front it shouldn't be a problem.

Going from a outboard to a mudmotor the biggest thing i noticed was the vibration in the tiller but towards the end of the day i think i got use to it or maybe my hand was numb. Also sharp turns wide open have a pucker factor to them but the more i drive it I'm starting to figure out the sliding

I got to go down some cuts that i wouldnt think about with my other boat (14x36 alumacraft & 15 evinrude). The first log i hit under water scared the crap out of me but 4 or 5 later i realized this thing could take a lick.

If for some reason I ever need another boat like if this one gets stolen because i doubt I'll tear it up. I'll use Uncle J again the customer service was great before, during, and even after the build. He went out of his way to get everything together for me so it was a one stop shop.

I'll update this review once i get some more hours and a few scratches on it.

We are in the process of doing some headwork on my buddies 25 GTR, I will post an Update When we get it complete. IF all goes well mine will get the mods too. hoping he gains a few MPH and mostly load carry ability. Congrats on the new boat, thats good speeds for a 3/16 boat

This is a really awesome boat!!
People put to much crap on boats now, catwalks, boxes, welded seats. This clean and fuctional.

If I wouldn't have just bought an outboard for one of my boats, I would probably be going into debt with one of these..lol
