MM Brand:BOSS
Horsepower:75
Boat Brand:Prodigy
Boat Size:1860
Boat Layout: Center Console / Open / Rake/ GG

The boat was finished midway through season I have around 25hrs on it so far. I have only ran the Hammer prop thus far but I have a worked 3 blade merc that I was told should gain 4-6 mph and run smoother, just less hole shot. So I will update this review once i've ran both props.

Loaded in deep water- 29-31mph (4 guys, 8 dozen decoys, dog, gear, 75qt ice chest.

Unloaded in deep water- 30-34 (2 guys, 75qt ice chest)

Boat runs and handles great, it still has a little bit of slide but with a little throttle work you can run pretty sharp turns. It stays on plane at a low speed which is nice for those really narrow and long winded trails to ponds.

It jumps on plane QUICK, defiantly doesn't lack in the hole shot department. The trim jumping on plane takes a little getting used to. There isn't much feel to it like a tiller MM or CC bay boat you more have to watch the RPMS and just get used to the depth you normally trim it to with the best results.
Performs great in the soft mud and shallow water, Jumped it up a couple times in straight mud (obviously soft) with no issues. Jumped it up in semi soft with a little bit of water a few times as well where i just had to trim down and reverse 10ft or so to blow out a hole then let her eat.

I did have an issue with the motor 18 hours in. It started knocking on me out of nowhere on a hunting trip. I called up BOSS and they made it right and in good time. They ended up swapping out the whole lower unit to further investigate the cause. They said it had to be from a faulty gear of some kind and they hadn't seen this happen yet.

I ordered the boat through Andy at the Boat Dr. super helpful and willing to answer any questions. I probably spent 5-7 hours back and forth with him on the phone with all of my concerns and questions before making a final decision on exactly what i wanted.

Overall i am very pleased with the set up. its very versatile, which is what i needed. its good for hunting and fishing the big bay/shallow marshes/ lakes whatever.

Right now I'm trying to do some research on boats and if you don't mind me asking how much did you pay for your rig not including trailer or motor
