Just me in the boat going fishing, 14 gals, 25lbs ice, rods, and tackle i've seen 31.5 on the gps, and loaded down with 3 people and gear bout 900lbs in the boat i never run less than 27! |

That's a quick rig...what is the hull thickness? Sounds like it carries what u need at a vey good speeds....... Lets see the pics I got a boat fetish....... |

The stock hull weighs only 280lbs and is .125 alum. I been trying to kill it but can only manage to dent the bottom slightly. it has 8 crimps on the bottom so it does not slide at all! I will be posting some pics when i get in from offshore. Also getting lined up to put a EVT stage III on it and then we will see how it runs.. |

Are you talking about a stock 36? If so, I would have to see it to believe it. 31.5 unloaded is pretty salty on this style hull with a stock 36, and 27 with a 3 man load is phenomenal. Furthermore, I've never seen a .125'' 1648 that weighed that little. But hey, if you say so! |

welded a transom on one yesterday.....them things are paper thin......i've welded plenty .100 and it seemed thinner than that prolly .090 you put a stage 3 on that boat, you will tear that transom to peices!!!!! |

used to run one of der tunnels. I know dey offer .090 & .100, don't know of a .125 |

My Brother Breaux hull is all .125 and it weighs close to 500# or more. I call BS on a .125 hull weighing uder 300#. I know when i pull my boat compared to my Grandpaws 1544 Lowe i can tell mine is there where as his little bateau is just bouncin behind me. |
