I'm out a grand with my deductible... Got 4 new tires & rims already being put together so should have those a little after 10AM. Yes I'm now installing locks on the rims.

If my day couldn't get worse as I'm leaving the Tire shop after being there for 4 hours my alternator dies on me... Charging alarm goes off all power to dash, lights ends I can't even shift properly... Able to get a new battery but alternator is dead... have an appt set up for in the AM already for a rear main seal replacement (warranty) so they should be able to swing changing an alternator I've done it on my Jeep but never on these new cars and figured it could be a stupid sensor or fuse so why bother let experts look at it...
