can any one tell me how to go about removing the shaft on my beavertail? there web sight does not have that option ....

you will have to remove the the bolts on the universal where the shaft goes in and then then grind the small weld of the shaft.Pull your prop of remove the lower bearing housing take the bearings and seal of shaft.Make a tool to put on shaft and try to pull it out/beavertail has a tool they will sell you.I did mine last summer and it was a bitch pulling out.The thing not to do is bang on the prop to remove the shaft.
