 Replacement props
My setup is a 14' old Louisiana travler and my LT is a home made, I guess. Not really sure if it was a shop made LT. It has a Honda 24 hp motor. Anyway, I think the prop on it was a 9x6 which is finished. It is now only about 7" across and beat to hell. Anyway, I'm looking for a new prop or a good used one. I would really like to get a little bit of more speed out of my rig. So, would the 9x6 be my best bet or could I go with more of a pitch in the prop?

 Replacement props
I use a 9x5 on my 20hp and it moves me along quite well. I would think a 9x6 would do better under a load on your boat and a 9x7 would get you more speed if you were empty. 9x7 are a solid 27hp prop. My liking of prop brand - Backwaterinc. Good luck!
